Set your challenge
Pick the apps or categories to lock, choose your schedule and duration, and decide how many tokens to stake.
Feeds are engineered to hijack your dopamine system. Reminders and soft habit trackers are easy to swipe away — so Fulcrum adds something they don’t: a real cost for giving in.
By using the psychology of loss aversion, mindless scrolling finally costs you something you worked to earn. That’s the exoskeleton for your self-control.
Three steps from good intention to actual follow-through.
Pick the apps or categories to lock, choose your schedule and duration, and decide how many tokens to stake.
Starting a challenge consumes the tokens up front. Now every moment of restraint counts.
Finish the challenge and get the exact same amount back. Give in, and the tokens are permanently lost.
No toxic social feed. No noise. Just you and your digital habits.
Lock distracting apps and whole categories for deep work, study, or beating procrastination — on your own schedule.
Challenge results are decided by strict local device monitoring using Apple’s Screen Time technology. No cheating yourself.
See only what matters: time saved, coins saved, your success rate, and a heatmap of your streak.
Challenge records stay on your device or in your private iCloud. Servers keep only anonymized transaction logs, and deleting your account detaches your identity data. Read the privacy policy.
